　　On July 20th, 2023, the General Office of the People’s Government of Henan Province issued the "Three-year Action Plan for the Construction of Medical Service System in Henan Province (2023-2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"), which defined 23 specific tasks in five aspects, fully promoted the expansion of high-quality medical resources and balanced regional distribution, improved medical service capacity, and accelerated the formation of a new pattern of graded diagnosis and treatment.

　　On August 4, 2023, the General Office of Henan Provincial Government issued the Measures for the Evaluation of Food Safety in Henan Province (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), which refined the evaluation contents, optimized the evaluation procedures, adjusted the evaluation grades, and strengthened the application of the evaluation results, further enhancing the standardization and scientificity of the evaluation of food safety.

　　It is understood that in 2017, the general office of the provincial government issued the "Measures for the Evaluation of Food Safety Work in Henan Province". The introduction of this method has played a positive role in strengthening the responsibility of territorial management and improving the ability and level of food safety work in the province. 　　On October 18th, 2023, the General Office of the People’s Government of Henan Province issued the "Implementation Plan on Strengthening the Normalization Supervision of the Use of Medical Insurance Funds" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), and comprehensively applied various supervision methods to build a well-knit medical insurance fund supervision network.

　　On November 8, 2023, the General Office of the People’s Government of Henan Province issued the Implementation Plan for the Revitalization and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Henan Province (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Plan) to increase support and promotion for the development of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine and the construction of healthy Henan.

　　In February this year, the state promulgated the Implementation Plan of Major Projects for the Revitalization and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which determined the key projects and directions for the revitalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
